If your bike arrives damaged, don’t worry! We will inspect the issue to determine if it was caused during transport. If confirmed, we’ll replace your bike with a new one at no extra cost to you. Just contact us right away, and we’ll handle the rest.

We offer 3 months of free standard service, which includes gear alignment, brake pad checks, tire inflation, brake adjustments, and chain cleaning. If parts need to be replaced, you’ll only be charged for the parts—labor is free. This service is available once per month for 3 months at our local shop.

We offer a one-year warranty on all bikes. If your bike has issues, we’ll inspect it to determine if it’s a factory defect and will fix it under warranty. Please note that the warranty does not cover wear-and-tear items like brake pads, spokes, chains, tires, tubes, or derailleurs, unless the issue occurs within the first 30 days of purchase

Yes! The El Diablo comes with a standard speed limit of 40km/h, but you can unlock its full potential. Simply use the LCD control panel on the handlebars, and with a few quick adjustments, you can maximise its speed. It’s a simple process that only takes a few moments!

The thumb throttle on the El Diablo allows you to control the bike's speed by pressing it with your thumb. Push it to accelerate and release it to slow down, providing easy and smooth control without needing to pedal.
