🛠️ How It Works
1 We Collect Your Bike
If you're within 15km of our Sydney shop, we’ll send our driver to pick up your bike from your home or workplace.
💰 Pickup & Drop-off Fee: $150
2 Expert Assessment & Quote
Once your bike reaches our workshop, our certified mechanics will inspect it thoroughly.
You’ll receive a quote via SMS for approval before we proceed.
3 Approve or Decline
✅ If you approve, we get started right away and organise the return drop-off.
❌ If you choose not to go ahead, a $60 inspection fee applies.
4 We Return Your Bike Ready to Ride
Most services are completed within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the job.

🔧 Hub adjustment
🧽 Full bike clean
🛑 Brake pad installation (pads not included)
🥇 Gold Service
Includes everything in Silver, plus:
🔋 In-depth battery health check & diagnostics
⚡ Motor performance test
🧠 Pedal assist sensor cleaning
🔧 Complete drivetrain inspection & lubrication
🔄 Battery replacement (labour only – battery not included)

What if I live outside the 15km range?
We currently only offer pickup within 15km of our Sydney store. You’re welcome to bring your bike directly to our shop if you’re further out.
Do you service non-electric bikes too?
Yes! While we specialise in e-bikes, we also service regular bikes with the same high standards.
Do I need to pay before pickup?
Yes. During the booking process, you'll be charged the$150 pickup & drop-off feeplus a$60 quote and inspection fee.
If you approve the quote we send after inspection, the $60 iscredited toward your final repair cost.
What happens if I decline the quote?
If you choose not to go ahead with the repair, we’ll return the bike and only charge a $60 inspection and handling fee.
Does Myebike repair all bike brands?
✅ We service all types of commuter and regular bikes.
⚡ For electric bikes, we work with a wide range of popular brands. Before confirming your booking, we’ll contact you to verify your e-bike brand.
If the issue is mechanical (e.g. brakes, gears, tyres), we’ll proceed with the service.
However, if the problem is electrical and we don’t support your brand due to parts availability, we may decline the job and return the bike.
