🔌Is this charger compatible with my NCM e-bike?
✅ Yes! The DC362AU charger is designed specifically for NCM Prague, NCM Lyon, NCM Munich, and NCM Hamburg models. If your e-bike is one of these, it will work perfectly.
⚠️Can I use this charger with a different brand of e-bike?
We do not recommend using this charger with bikes or batteries from other brands. It’s specifically engineered for NCM systems and using it with other brands may cause compatibility or safety issues.
⏱️ How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
⏱️ Charging time can vary based on your battery’s capacity and remaining charge. On average, it takes around 4–6 hours to fully charge a standard 36V NCM battery using this 2A charger.
💡 How do I know when the battery is fully charged?
The charger has a built-in LED indicator:
🟥 Red LED = Charging
🟩 Green LED = Fully charged
Once the green light appears, you can safely unplug the charger.
🌙 Can I leave the charger plugged in overnight?
While the charger has an auto shut-off function, we recommend unplugging it once charging is complete to prolong battery life and ensure safety.
🔌 What type of plug does this charger use?
It uses a 5.5 mm round plug, which is standard for most 36V NCM batteries.
